Administration Via Web Browser
By incorporating Enterprise Solutions into the XWARS, XLence programmers have created web enabled database
technologies - an investigative surveillance solution that is accessible directly from any web browser. There is no need to have administrative computer stations dedicated solely to the wiretap system. Authorized investigators and analysts may log on to web-based XWARS from an on-site or off-site location using any Internet-capable computer.

Secure Database Architecture
To manage security and protection of data in the Web-based wiretap environment, XLence has implemented a stringent user authentication system as one of the central security components of XWARS. This important security feature only allows pre-authorized users to gain access to sensitive surveillance information through the Web.

Call Logs and Transcriptions
With XWARS, wiretap data can be immediately processed after call completion. Investigators have easy access to wiretap details and voice recordings in order to update call logs (memos) and transcriptions.

Post-Minimization
Not all captured voice files are relevant to the investigation. With XWARS, users can revisit the file and eliminate non- pertinent voice content with the post-minimization feature.

Many statistical wiretap reports can be unclear and confusing. XWARS allows you to create three-dimensional Crystal reports, charts and graphs that compile wiretap information into a concise visual format that is easy to read and understand.

Cross Referencing
Information on criminal associations is critical in any investigation. XWARS provides powerful cross-referencing capability, allowing investigators to build, augment and expand their cases as they find out who is talking to who.

Automatic Subpoena Compliance
During the investigation, the XWARS system provides automatic subpoena compliance as it instantly recognizes, identifies and tags incoming phone numbers or numbers dialed that are new to the case. Users may create a subpoena list by date range and export to an Excel spreadsheet for analysis or distribution to the phone company.

Subscriber Database
XWARS provides a universal phone book of inbound Caller ID and numbers dialed for all surveillance cases. Users manually enter subscriber information for each number. Phone book features include add, search and/or import phone number cross-reference functions.

Imaging and Tracking Reports
With XWARS, investigators can instantly render maps of suspects during live call monitoring. Post-processing functions including call event and address mapping as well a report that will plot and map up to 100 target locations during a specified time frame.
