XLence Technologies supports law enforcement mobile telephone surveillance and intelligence operations with Voice Intercept Communications Environment (VICE). The VICE system, available for both U.S.and international law enforcement agencies, integrates Microsoft web servers with existing wiretap technologies to create a new "style" of wiretap. XLence wiretaps are powered by Microsoft Enterprise Solutions, which are software applications that allow users to access and manage real-time data in a secure, scalable, portable and cost effective manner. With Enterprise Solutions, XLence has created an investigative surveillance solution that is accessible directly from your web browser. This eliminates the cumbersome limitations previously experienced by separate software applications and databases loaded on the user PC. With VICE, everything is self-contained. Users can easily listen to live wiretap, play back a previously recorded call, and access captured data for reporting, mapping locations and analysis. There is no need to switch programs or import / export data, as information is accessible to from web-enabled computer.  COPS Wiretap Server
The COPS Wiretap Server offers a flexible platform and scaleable design for 30+ channels of live mobile telephone wiretap voice and data. The system manages data and voice connections to telecom carriers in both client and server modes.
COPS iDen Wiretap Server
The COPS iDen Wiretap Server is designed to intercept unique Motorola telephone technologies, including Push to Talk, iDen to iDen (interconnect) and Dispatch call events.
XWARS
The XLence Wiretap Administration and Recording Server
(XWARS) offers investigators an electronic surveillance solution that provides virtually unlimited flexibility,
scalability and integration of the most
advanced hardware, software and server technologies available. XWARS provides quick, simple and convenient administration of a multichannel mobile telephone wiretap system via web browser. Features include post call event management, database search engine, data export manager, Crystal reports, and call event imaging, mapping and historical tracking.
Post call event management is managed with XWARS Web Playback feature, which can be accessed from any computer, anywhere.

SWAT
Surveillance Workstation Audio Technology (SWAT) serves as an audio monitor workstation in a surveillance room. SWAT receives live voice and data from the COPS server and allows monitors to enter call logs, display images and maps during mobile telephone call events, and access previous call event history.
CellTrack Data Imaging and Mapping
CellTrack tracks the location of a suspect using a mobile telephone. Investigators using CellTrack can instantly render maps of suspects during live call monitoring. Post-processing functions including call event and address mapping as well a report that will plot and map up to 100 suspect locations during a specified time frame.
